back in the good ol' usa again, needed to escape the politics, greed, and just travel/work somewhere beautiful for a while(Tasmania) trying out my own buz*(see pic) VIVIDesert design(low water landscape design)., single(again) but syked sis. J is out here in utah and that ma will prob. follow next summer!

off goes Josh again, this time for a 3 wk tour of the blue ridge parkway from W.V to N. Fla

Me:  TOO much computer work at WORK to be inspired to blog much, sorry ma

BUT , here i am, let's see... i broke a ski half way through the 40k "ULLR" and got REAL sick after the yurt trip a week later, J is okay w/ her career which was really scary but then a good mate of mine got arrested(probably for a long time) for dealing illegally(not smart, not my thing)

We're thinking of trading in the forester next spring and getting a little RV for AK next summer.  After 3 years of grad school and 2 years in this office hole, i'll be ready for SIMPLICITY!

more later(more often ma i promise!)

going to do a 40K skate ski this weekend which will be intense but a good challenge

if something i choose in my life gets me to wake up w/ a little more "perk" in the morning then it's a GOOD thing, that's all I know, what gives you that perk to wake up?

one of my best friend's spouse ended his life last week and it is obviously sad but it has been sunny and beautiful ever since- i think he has found the peace he's been searching for-

i'm excited to see my ma soon and take her to montana and then see jen in early july after her euro experience!

i hope to scuba dive w/ my friend that is now a widow(we're too young for that title) in the keys end of july

working in the "real world" vs. wilderness or ski resort/stained glass can be alright, I was scared I wouldn't fit in...
